Horowitz’s work flattens the hierarchies of culture, politics, relationality, and history, creating a diverse but singular visual universe. He received an MFA from USC and has exhibited in venues across the globe, including in Majorca, New York, Shanghai, Paris, London, Vienna, Los Angeles, and Miami.
